DJ Blighty is an international DJ & Producer from Cardiff in the U.K. He first rose to prominence in 2015 having grown a loyal fanbase on the Mixcloud platform. At present, his Mixcloud channel has in excess of 150,000 followers with over 25,000,000 streams amassing 500,000,000+ listener minutes making him one of the most listened to channels on the platform.

His love & passion for music took hold at an early age & has seen the Cardiff born DJ progress from humble beginnings in his grandparents bedroom, to becoming a globally recognised name thanks to his online presence & live shows.

In 2020 after many years learning the craft of music production, testing the waters with numerous remixes & bootlegs, he released his debut single ‘Get Out My Head’ which has been followed by many more releases, most notably to date his remake of the timeless classic ‘Killing Me Softly’ released in the summer of 2021 which to date has over 7,500,000 streams.

Despite the global pandemic bringing the industry to a halt, in 2021 he hit the ground running with his first official label release ‘The Nights’ on New State Music. This track took pride of place in Apple Music’s Dance XL playlist for over 3 months, as well as garnering support from some of the world’s biggest electronic music DJ’s.

Emotion is what connected me to music in the first place, so if I get those excitement butterflies when I finish a track, even if I make just one other person feel the same way, then I’m satisfied that my job is done.” 


Always striving to keep up with current trends & forward thinking. Blighty launched his Tik Tok channel in 2022 which has since seen explosive growth & is currently his highest followed & engaged platform to date, with over 350,000 followers. His mash up & remix content has been viewed more than 100,000,000 times & shared by some of the biggest organisations in the world. The likes of La Liga, The Premier League & The Rugby 6 Nations aswel as the iconic Ministry Of Sound have all shared his work. He’s also received positive reactions from elite musicians such as Calvin Harris, Alan Walker, Hybrid Minds & many more.

Blighty is a regular face on the U.K. club circuit, which sees him playing headline shows the length & breadth of the country. In September 2021 he headlined the main stage at Exeter’s ‘Party In The Castle’ festival sharing the stage with Rudimental & Nathan Dawe. On the international scene, he can be found playing shows anywhere from Val Thorens in the French Alps, to Lake Como in Italy. Famous party destinations like Ibiza & Tenerife and even as far afield as Canada & the U.S.A.

In the corporate world, Blighty is often a go to name for high profile brands and has recently been involved in product launches for the likes of Carmex & Yves Saint Laurent as well as being approached to work with the likes of Nike. He’s also a go to name in the sporting world as his DJ mixes are used in many Premier League football clubs as pre-match motivation, this also sees him called upon for private events for high profile sports stars. He was also asked to record an official team mix for his home town club Cardiff City FC which is a huge personal & career achievement for him.
