The 415s Biography
Named after the California police code for disturbing the peace, the 415s blistering blend of surf/garage/beer rock has been fueling parties since the early 1980s. Surfer Magazine called them the “South Bay's best garage band.” The 415s are Dave McMillan (guitar/vocals), Marc Theodore (bass), Chris Warshaw (guitar), and Matt Muir (drums).
