L.A. Orquesta Nueva Revolución Biography
L.A. Orquesta Nueva Revolucion are a 16-piece United States Cumbia and Salsa band from Los Angeles, United States. The band formed in 2016 from a collection of latin-loving college music students who met at California State University Dominguez Hills, local rehearsal spaces in Los Angeles and who all just couldn't get enough of music from Junior Klan, Carlos Santana, and Ruben Blades. Their unique brand of entertainment fuses Upbeat grooves, tight vocal harmonies with strong horn and rhythm sections and their impeccable attire that will make you want to dance all night.
Now, L.A. Orquesta Nueva Revolucion has performed over 1,000 shows including performances at the Besame Mucho Music Festival, Yaamava’ Resort & Casino, Fantasy Springs Resort Casino, The Mayan Theater and receiving awards from the mayor for performing at the City of Pomona Festival and the Placita Olvera. They have performed in iconic places in Las Vegas, Nevada, in New York City’s Time Square, Grand Central Park and even underground in the New York City Subway. The band has also traveled internationally to Cuba to perform in the historic Old Havana (La Habana Vieja) and New Havana including the iconic broad esplanade, roadway, and seawall along the coast called El Malecon.
