Drive-In Coffee Shop Biography
In 2020 six musicians from a tiny town in Austria got together and decided to make some serious noise. A few self-written songs later the band recorded their first EP 'Welcome To Modern Slavery' in 2021.
After some changes in personnel the since then 4-piece - Chris, Bastl, Max and Andre - released 'The Things We Said' in 2022, followed by 'Uncharted Shores' in early 2023.
In spring of 2023 the band occupied Doom Studios in Linz / Austria to record their first full length album 'Panic Attacks' which the band self-released in August.
The music of Drive-In Coffee Shop is clearly rooted in Punkrock. But influences reaching from Alternative to Metal accompanied by harsh leads and sung backing vocals add up to a unique melody-driven sound that maybe makes it just a little more.
