The show was phenomenal!!! She is certainly the best bassist I have gotten to hear in person in years...and I have been to many as a musician myself! She and DeeDee, along with the drummer and pianist were undeniably a match made in heaven! I wish them nothing but good fortune and continued success! Please have them back soon so I can invite my department at work!!!

Hailing from Oakland, CA, Amina Scott is a bassist and composer. Having relocated to New Orleans, LA in 2012, she has since been playing with the New Orleans Jazz Orchestra. She has also played with Steve Turre, David Murray, Joanne Brackeen, Nicholas Payton, Christian Scott Atunde Adjuah, and more.
