About this concert
When Evan Goodrow returned to our stage in 2023, the funk-soul-blues ‘beat-down’ jam that ensued rivaled anything we’ve seen at The Fallout Shelter. Evan’s incredible guitar riffs, soulful voice and top-notch songwriting place him among the most revered musicians in the Boston area. On top of being a recipient of the prestigious Boston Blues Award, Evan has jammed with Jimmy Buffet on several occasions, played multiple shows with Blues icon B.B. King, and sang with the Yardbirds, technically making him the youngest Yardbird ever. B.B. King may have put it best when he simply referred to Evan as “Exceptional”.
