About Bror Forsgren
Bror Forsgren is a force to be reckoned with in Norwegian music. He is now out with a new critically acclaimed album ‘I Dreamt I Was Dreaming (Songs From The Unconscious)’ and is embarking on a small Norwegian tour. The album is a slow dive into the unconscious and the world of dreams, where things are strange but beautiful. It is a psychedelic work consisting of pop music that evokes thoughts of artists such as Ennio Morricone, Tame Impala and Carpenters.
Bror Forsgren (or Marcus Forsgren as we also know him) is the frontman of the band The Lionheart Brothers, guitarist in Jaga Jazzist and studio producer for well-known artists such as Pom Poko, Kanaan, Susanne Sundfør and Sondre Lerche.
In 2015, his solo debut ‘Narcissus’ was released. The album was nominated for a the Norwegian Grammys Awards Spellemannprisen and Bror Forsgren toured in China and Japan.
Bror Forsgren's band consists of Fred Gerhard Strand (drums), Frantz Andreassen (bass) and Svein Bergsaune (guitar/keyboards) and Bror himself (vocals/guitar).
