Nashville singer/songwriter Rhonda Funk was the 2022 ISSA USA Entertainer of the Year. Funk, who hails from the Pacific Northwest, moved to Nashville a year and a half after surviving brain surgery for an aneurysm to see what she could do as a songwriter.
