This will be a quintet performance featuring master drummer, Roy McCurdy. We will be focussing on mid-60s "soul jazz," performing classics from that era and original compositions in that vein. Great set , our first exposure to the Trio and to Libretto in Paso Robles. It’s a great venue and the guys created an amazing experience bending refining and redefining in real-time progressions and sharing joy in the process. Loved it.
