About this concert
Participants will receive brainwave-entraining sound frequencies engulfed in a tranquil 432Hz soundbath. Using analog/digital synthesizers and Quarz crystal bowls, Binaural and Bilateral beats are activated to slow brainwave patterns to a calming, meditative state known as Theta. Instruments such as therapy harp, Native flute and handpan are played to open the heart of the listener, guiding them into the blissful, performance-enhancing state known as Gamma. Research shows that residing in these brain states offer several therapeutic benefits including reduced stress and anxiety, relaxed nervous system, and improved cognitive functioning/productivity.

Soundularity Biography
Soundularity is an assortment of organic and electronic Sound Healing offerings facilitated by musician and sound healer Tommy Dill. Each offering combines therapeutic 432Hz frequencies with ancient sound healing techniques to create a nurturing soundscape for the mind, body and spirit of the listener. All instruments are tuned to 432 Hz instead of the standard 440 Hz; these are rich, penetrating frequencies that are believed to more-precisely represent the geometric and mathematic structure of the universe.
Tommy Dill began practicing sound healing techniques on himself during a challenging chapter in his life. As a professional musician living in LA, he experienced the typical highs and lows of a 20-year run in the creative music industry. After suffering from burn-out both professionally and personally, Tommy discovered an interest in using sound to heal the body, mind and spirit using ancient techniques. After acquiring 100-hour certification in Sound Healing, Tommy's spark was re-ignited when he molded all of his prior musical knowledge with traditional sound healing methods, and Soundularity was born.
