The Parlor Room knows what it's doing when it comes to booking exceptional artists such as Sawyer Fredericks. They have non-profit status and can focus on the music. Sawyer Fredericks was accompanied by Gannon Pharrell on 8-string electric guitar. Gannon usually plays Bass in the full band, but this time, Sawyer Fredericks brought his own Accoustic Bass, which sounds SO much better in person than on a Patreon livestream. You actually feel it. He downplays his Bass playing skill, but that's pretty laughable when you hear him play. Despite "only" two musicians, it was a very full, musically dynamic performance with first ever live performances of unreleased material and also several fan-favorite classics. Sawyer's voice is so powerful yet stirring, along with impressive guitar skills,he can perform with such reliable consistency, no need to wonder why he's always expanding his newer stuff in different directions, gaining mastery all the time. I get to not miss anything going on with his music because I'm a Patron in his Patreon.com/SawyerFredericks. You can actually join for FREE right now, which is such a gift, but I'm happy to think I'm on the supportive side of such good stuff, and there's always aomething new in the works.

Sawyer Fredericks Biography
Americana singer-songwriter, Sawyer Fredericks, hailing from his family farm in central New York State, cut his teeth at the age of 13, playing local farmers markets, open mics, and iconic New York venues like Caffe Lena, the Towne Crier Cafe, and The Bitter End. With his deep, beyond-his-years original lyrics and melodies, raw, soulful vocals, and powerful live performances, Sawyer seemed an unlikely match for reality tv, but having been scouted by casting directors at 15, he quickly won over broad audiences with his genuine delivery and unique arrangements of classic songs, going on to win season 8 of NBC's The Voice.
