Isabel Pless Biography
Isabel Pless-- an up-and-coming indie singer-songwriter native to Jericho, Vermont-- is known for her poetic lyricism and cleverly constructed melodies. She aims to connect listeners through her music, which tackles topics such as mental health and self discovery. She began playing guitar and writing poetry at an early age, and at 12, she combined these two passions when she started writing and locally performing her own original music. In September 2020, Isabel began posting clips of her original music on Tik Tok, and she has since gained an audience of over 71k followers. In March 2021, Isabel released her self-written, self-composed, and self-produced debut EP “Too Big for the Playground, Too Small for the Big Leagues” to widely positive reception. In August 2021, Isabel released her single “Eldest Daughter” which speaks to the responsibilities and hardships of being an oldest daughter. Currently a senior studying Linguistics at Wellesley College in Massachusetts, Isabel is ecstatic that her music has resonated with so many people and feels so grateful to be able to share her creations with the world.
