Seattle Sons Biography
Recognized as a "tribute to grunge" ... celebrating the bands, the music and the sound that originated from Seattle, WA in the '90s. Performing "album accurate" staples of the era, and celebrating the evolution of the music through the off-shoots and "adjacent" bands - those who might not have come from Seattle, but exhibited the popular spirit of the era.
The Sons are comprised of life-long veterans of the music circuit, having toured the country in previous bands like Brand New Sin (Kevin Dean) and Stone Soul Foundation (Shane Stillman), recorded with international artists such as Bob Dee (Scott Henderson) and performed on grand stages as Woodstock '99 (Jake Bunger), and have collectively performed with dozens of national acts from Slash to Gov't Mule to Heart. And now together, all that sweat equity pays off for a performance worthy of the music.
