Blue Vultures

Blue Vultures, formerly known as Grey Storm, is an indie rock band from Etten-Leur, the Netherlands that started out as a solo project by Simon van Genderen.

Van Genderen had been writing songs for 2 years when he met Jesper den Uil during the music course in local secondary school in 2015. Every school year an event would be organised where music classes played shows in front of an audience, which is where Van Genderen and Den Uil first played together.

In 2017, Van Genderen and Den Uil met Bart Bolier and Niels Witberg in the new music class for that year, which is where the four played together for the first time.

It wasn't until april 2018 that Bolier offered to form a musical group with Van Genderen and Den Uil and Witberg were quick to follow leading to the definitive formation of the band.
