ANIMA (Official) Biography

ANIMA is a band that plays Spanish & English Rock. The band’s main idea is to bring back the somewhat lost good old rock from the 80’s and 90’s. With influences from Pearl Jam, Stone Temple Pilots, Metallica, Soundgarden, The Doors, Nirvana, Guns and Roses, Soda Stereo, Mana, Heroes del Silencio, Arena Hash, Enanitos Verdes, La Ley and many more, Anima has found the perfect blend for a new sound that brings back the power riffs on the guitars and the characteristic beat that defined an era.

Established in the Bay Area on 2011, Anima is formed by five South American souls (Peru) that their main purpose is to have fun doing what they consider is great music.
