Rusty White

Rusty is a singer-songwriter & performer living in his ancestral home of north central Louisiana. He is the lead guitarist and lead vocalist with his 70's-focused rock cover band Militia. Militia is well known through the region's music scene as a crowd-pleasing rock trio, in part due to the group's consistent lineup for the last few decades, which has brought about a tightness in their performances that can only come from having worked together for so long.

When not performing with Militia, Rusty can be found performing in area bars, restaurants, and music venues as a solo artist performing a blend of covers and original works. A prolific writer, Rusty has a wide range of musical tastes due to the combination of his rural country roots plus hard rock influences of the late 70's and early 80's rock.
