Glory of This Biography

Glory of This, the dynamic post-hardcore band hailing from Pensacola, Florida, was a musical force whose fusion of raw aggression from hardcore and creative expression rooted in pop influences created a captivating energy that still resonates with fans to this day.

Formed in the early 2003, Glory of This carved out a unique place in the Emerald Coast music scene.
The band's lineup has included:
• James Harrah (lead vocals)
• Cory Seals (guitar)
• Grant Mosely (bass)
• John Wingate (guitar for Adoration)
• Jose "Chino" Morales (guitar for Lover, Liar, Ruse)
• Matt Rogers (drums for Adoration)
• Dave Miller (drums for Lover, Liar, Ruse)

Their music draws inspiration from various musical genres, from punk to metal, and everything in between. This eclectic influence is evident in their songs, which are characterized by an experimental, yet accessible, approach to this genre of music. Each track is a testament to their ability to weave together a tapestry of catchy melodies and vocally-driven messages.

Glory of This gained a loyal following with their energetic live performances. Their shows are an electrifying experience, showcasing the band's raw talent and charismatic stage presence. They played and toured tirelessly in support of their records released on Indianola Records. Adoration (2004) and The Lover, The Liar, The Ruse (2006) were supported with seemingly continuous touring across the US. Glory of This joined the Van's Warped Tour consecutive years, originally brought on by Kevin Lyman and AP Magazine themselves. Each date created a new opportunity to build connection with fans and deepen relationships with their many tour package partners.

In 2007, Glory of This disbanded in search of other personal commitments and professional obligations.

Despite their early presence in the genre's scene, and now 20 years removed from their freshmen release, Glory of This sustains a deep appreciation for their fans and a shared love for music. They're not just a band, they're a community, a unit brought together by the power of music and the love of live shows.
