Haley is the best and more people should get to see her. She has a charmingly modest stage presence but her voice and her songs are bold and transport me when I hear her live. I never got to hear Joan Baez in person but I imagine Haley Heynderickx's powerful voice is pretty close.
Cli recommend you catch her every chance that you get. She played some new stuff I'd not heard before. The new stuff shows off her voice and picking; I can't wait to hear what else she's working on.

Haley Heynderickx Biography
It takes a mix of skill and luck to tend a garden well, but it’s impossible without a certain amount of amount of kindness tended. While the cyclical nature of gardening seems inherent, in some ways, Heynderickx is just beginning. Her debut album, named I Need to Start a Garden out of a search for calm through these waves of uncertainty and upheaval, is out now via Mama Bird Recording Co.
