I saw him in Ottawa circa 1976. Although his voice is a little raspy, Burton Cummings hasn't missed a beat. Great show.
The only small negative was the seating. Not so comfortable. Recommend videotrons to make it easier to see the stage from a distance.

Burton Cummings Biography
Britain had Eric Burdon, America had John Fogerty, and Canada had Burton Cummings, the unmistakable voice of the original The Guess Who’s classic hits. Cummings' powerhouse pipes became the driving force of the group. With Cummings at the helm as lead singer and principal songwriter with the original The Guess Who, Burton recorded and wrote/co-wrote hits such as “These Eyes,” “Laughing,” “No Time,” “American Woman,” “Share the Land,” “Hand Me Down World,” “Albert Flasher”, “Star Baby”, “Clap for The Wolfman,” and “No Sugar Tonight/New Mother Nature”. In the fall of 1975, ten years after joining the Guess Who, the band broke up and Burton Cummings moved on to pursue a long-anticipated solo career. As a solo artist, he leaves his mark with the poignant “Stand Tall,” “I’m Scared,” “You Saved My Soul,” and his signature “My Own Way to Rock”.
