About this concert
The Listen Up Awards is a peoples choice music award ceremony celebrating local talent in the Capital Region created by Mirth Films and Radio Radio X. Your Vote, Your Choice. The inaugural Listen Up Awards was hosted on June 17th, 2022 at Lark Hall in Albany, NY opening the doors to hundreds of fans and musicians. In 2023, The award ceremony was hosted at the Cohoes Music Hall in Cohoes, NY with over 38 thousand Capital Region music fans voting in support of the live music acts that make the Capital Region so special.
In addition to the awards, Sly Fox and the Hustlers will be performing as well as other great Capital Region artists!

Sly Fox and the Hustlers Biography
New York based rock band Sly Fox and the Hustlers was formed in 2010 and are billed as “Heavy Voodoo Blues over Sweaty Funky Grooves – an exciting high energy show not to be missed!” John Popper of Blues Traveler called Sly Fox and the Hustlers, “one of the best bands I’ve seen in a long time!”
Sly Fox and the Hustlers have been named Best Original Blues Rock Band multiple times by Albany’s Metroland magazine and have released two full-length albums, a live EP: “Live at the Egg,” a Christmas cover of the Ray Charles classic That Spirit of Christmas and the single, Find Someone. The band is currently in the studio wrapping up a third full length album.
