CECIL ALLEN MOORE Biography

Since setting out in 1998 from the streets of Chattanooga Tennessee on what has turned out to be a journey of epic proportions, Cecil Allen Moore has followed an Outlaw Country dream around the world by plane, train, motor coach, ship and Harley-Davidson both by himself, and with his rowdy friends along for the ride.

When Cecil Allen Moore isn't providing his Twangy Lead Guitar, and Background Harmonies to Songwriting greats, and Outlaw Country Legends Roger Alan Wade, or David Allan Coe, you can bet that he is out there somewhere in his vintage tour bus with his family living the true life of a hillbilly road scholar.

While spending years studying under solid country gold songwriters Moore has walked away a story teller who has not bent nor bowed to perform the music he creates to rowdy international audiences everywhere. Cecil Allen Moore has had no mainstream commercial success because he has never pursued any. He does his music, for himself. A true Country Music Outlaw. It’s his staunch stance against the corporate music industry that has brought Cecil closer, and allowed him to hang out with, and share the stage with so many legends that are both heroes, and peers alike such as Kris Kristofferson, Billy Joe Shaver, David Allan Coe, Charlie Daniels, Dickie Betts, Steve Earle, Roger Alan Wade, Dwight Yoakum, Ray Wylie Hubbard, Hank Williams JR, and many many more!

WHAT THE PRESS SAYS

"Possibly the perfect example of the Outlaw lineage in the present day"

-Saving Country Music

“Not only does Moore make some seriously traditional honky tonk music, he also just so happens to tour the country on a motorcycle. That’s how the modern day cowboy does it”

-LA Weekly

“Moore is no Waylon-come-lately to the classic honky-tonk sound’

-The Boston Globe

“If you like your country with some teeth to it, he can bring it”

-Chattanooga Times Free Press

“If you think Country Music is what they play on CMT, you should probably stay home. Moore plays the kind of music that makes whiskey taste even better”

-High Country Press

“You cant help but fall in love with this band and their sound”
