Living by the mantra, “The only limitations we have are the ones we set ourselves”, Mindflip knows a thing or two about adversity. Born with Tourette’s Syndrome, he went from having a fear of being limited by his condition to using it to power his dreams. First releasing music professionally in 2018, Mindflip is one of Canada and Quebec’s best kept secrets having amassed more than 45 million streams over the last 4 years. with his modern take on 90’s/2000’s style Hip-Hop.

In 2021, Mindflip grabbed the industry’s attention with his now Gold certified track, “Run My Shit” (12.3M+ streams) which rose to the top of popular Spotify playlist, Hot Hits Canada and also reached the Top 10 on Spotify Canada’s Viral 50 charts.

In 2022, Mindflip’s success continued, racking up over 11.3M audio streams, 7.4M video views and 46K Shazams while also earning his first Canadian Top 40 radio hit in “Exquisite”. Having carved out a lane for himself with his signature 90’s/2000’s style Hip-Hop, “Exquisite” was the result of a new sound that Mindflip has been working on with JUNO Award-winning, multi-platinum producer Soké of Banx & Ranx (Sean Paul, Dua Lipa, Diplo).

Now in 2023, Mindflip has released his debut EP, "Duality: The Life of a Gemini" which is a 7-track hybrid project that features both his signature and new sound which allows him to showcase “both sides of his Gemini”. The project is anchored by previously released singles, "Exquisite" and "My Fate" defining just how versatile and appreciative of both genres Mindflip is.

With no signs of slowing down, Mindflip continues to prove that he deserves to be in the conversation of Canadian artists to watch in 2024 and beyond.
