Indie Alternative Rock with musical versatility and finesse, Buster Jangle has an ability to conjure various styles and genres from decades of yore, presenting an authentic variety show experience for live music enthusiasts everywhere.
As a songwriter and independent recording artist, Buster Jangle's music appeals to fans of: The Lemonheads, Gin Blossoms, Wilco, Built to Spill, Calexico, Iron and Wine, Broken Social Scene, Teenage Fanclub, Beck, Courtney Barnett, Kurt Vile, Duncan Sheik, and more.
Buster Jangle released three singles in 2020, with a follow-up single "Heartbeats" in 2021 - an homage to the seminal hit from Swedish Electronic duo, The Knife. Rivas returned with another original single in 2022, entitled "Sehnsucht", to critical acclaim among indie influencers and curators. Sehnsucht was the final piece of the EP "La Petite Mort", a collection of independent released over the past 3 years (Due in early 2023).
