GUYS! We’re so excited to come to Birmingham – it’s our first show there on our headline tour! This gig is only £5 online and £6 on the door. You likely know our band already, but we’re an Indie Rock / Pop-Rock band from Somerset. My most popular songs are LIE DOWN, Nice Mouth and Recovery – we’re gonna be playing them all (and more)! We bring loud, up-beat indie-pop/rock with a pop-punk edge and ridiculously catchy hooks that you’ll hopefully be singing the day after the show! MAIN SUPPORT: PØRTSIDE PØRTSIDE is a 5-piece British Pop Punk/Melodic Hardcore band which emerged onto the music scene off the back of the pandemic. PØRTSIDE skilfully toes the line between the energetic and catchy hooks of Pop Punk and the raw intensity of Melodic Hardcore. Inspired instrumentally by Knuckle Puck, Real Friends and The Story So Far. I love their sound and I’m so stoked to have them on the line up – you can’t afford to miss them! SUPPORT: ROOMMATES Roommates are a 3 piece emo/pop-punk band inspired by early 2000s pop-punk. They blend the sound of their youth, with life experiences and new tastes they’ve acquired, to bring their own style of emotionally damaged pop-punk music into the modern era. It’s even more catchy upbeat pop-punk fun! I’m gassed to be joining us at the Flapper! OPENER: MISTAKES WORTH MAKING Mistakes Worth Making are a local pop punk band from Birmingham. Their project was inspired by a love of pop punk, indie rock and post-hardcore music as well as the amazing bands and artists at Slam Dunk and Download festivals. Through powerful riffs and melodies from duetting guitars, energetic beats, punchy basslines and meaningful lyrics they’ll be starting off our evening with a bang!
