MUSIC EVENT Time to Shine Promotions is coming to the Fifth Floor at The Blackpool Tower. On Saturday 9th December, grass roots artists will be performing on stage with other already-established artists. This all-day live music event will feature 8 artists throughout the day until 11pm, when the ticketed after-show will begin! Guests with after-show tickets will be able to party throughout the night, all the way until 4am.
