Direct from Las Vegas, Carpenters Legacy is the definitive show celebrating the music and legacy of the famed brother-sister duo. Starring Sally Olson as Karen Carpenter and Ned Mills as Richard Carpenter, the award-winning show is a re-creation of the Carpenters’ live performances featuring hits including “We’ve Only Just Begun”, “Yesterday Once More”, “Superstar”, Karen’s drum solo, Richard's classical piano feature, a Spike Jones parody of "Close To You", comedy antics and much more.
Carpenters Legacy maintains a residency in the V Theater at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas. The show has played to performing arts centers, cabarets spaces including the famed Triad Theater in NYC, and SOLD OUT showrooms in Las Vegas and all over the country. The show was featured at the Carpenters 50th Anniversary Celebration in Thousand Oaks, California in April 2019 and will be the featured entertainment for the Carpenters 55th Anniversary Celebration in Downey, California in April 2024 at the Downey Theatre. Carpenters Legacy is a six time Best of Las Vegas winner and was voted “Best Impersonator” (Gold), “Best Tribute Show (Bronze) and “Best Family-Friendly Show” (Bronze) in 2023. Olson is the first-ever and only Karen Carpenter tribute artist to perform with the world-renowned Las Vegas based revue Legends In Concert. Direct from Las Vegas, "Carpenters Legacy: A Re-creation of the 1976 UK Tour" stars Sally Olson as Karen Carpenter and pianist Ned Mills as Richard Carpenter, backed up by some of Las Vegas’ top musicians. It is THE definitive show celebrating the music and legacy of the famed brother-sister duo, featuring hits including “We’ve Only Just Begun”, “Close To You”, “Superstar”, Karen's drum feature and much more. The show opens with a tribute to Herb Alpert & The Tijuana Brass.
"Carpenters Legacy: A Christmas Portrait", starring Sally Olson as Karen Carpenter and Ned Mills as Richard Carpenter, takes the audience back in time to an old fashioned Christmas. The show recreates the nostalgia of the Carpenters' 1977 and 1978 Christmas TV Specials, in addition to the silly and endearing humor that will make you feel like a kid again! The show features the holiday classics "Merry Christmas, Darling", "Sleigh Ride", "The Christmas Song” and much more, and includes many of the Carpenters’ greatest hits.
