Another sweet event this weekend - join myself along with Sweet Crystal bandmates Bill Blatter (guitar) and Steve Wieser (drums) as we join forces on stage with super star David Winans II as we present the music and message of Pi! The smokin' Token Lounge hosts this early Sunday event and it's a perfect way to either wind down your weekend or ramp up your upcoming week ahead. Doors at 5. Tickets just $10 in advance or at the door.
Special guest artists DAHKO and Leon Jones open the show. October starting out on a very sweet foot.

In my regular role as lead vocalist/keyboard player for Sweet Crystal, I have been blessed to win 26 Detroit Music Awards in the Outstanding Gospel/Christian categories of singer, songwriter, musician, act and recording.
Along with my work with Sweet Crystal and now as keyboardist for both Second Hand Mojo and David Winans' Pi projects, my 'Solo But Never Alone' show now brings my one-man/one keyboard (well sometimes more than one keyboard because after all, it's who I am) approach to my music, sharpening my focus on God and the Gospel message that has shaped and continues to shape everything in my life.
My music and message are tied intricately together; what I have to say and how I say it are meant to come across filled with hope, inspiration, life and light.
Why do this at this point in my career? I do this because I feel that if my songs lift me up in spirit, then I believe they will do the same for you.
