About this concert
ohn Tibbs will make his second visit to the Community Coffeehouse. Jesus Freak Hideout says of Tibbs, "Unabashed Midwesterner John Tibbs has released more authentic, epic and quality tunes in his short run as a professional songwriter than many artists will produce in a lifetime. Heartland brims with the kind of honest rock and roll that the late, great Tom Petty trafficked in, with the 'heart-on-his-sleeve' craftsmanship that creates an immediate bond with the listener on the first pass."
Born and raised near Albany, NY but now based out of Franklin, TN – Ian Zumback is a singer/songwriter and storyteller that uses a conversational lyrical style that is interwoven with acoustic folk and Americana aesthetics to provide a sacred, faith based music that is unique and relatable. His top 40 billboard charting album “the Table” was recorded at Old Bear Studio, produced by Chris Hoisington and is available on Old Bear Records.

John Tibbs Biography
Hailing from the midwest, John Tibbs built his success the old-school way: playing shows, writing great songs, and truly caring about those he meets along the way.
Critics rave, “with shades of Bruce Springsteen, John Mellencamp and Creedence Clearwater Revival, the heartland rock Tibbs traffics in is just right for the weightier, darker side of the redemption story.” Over the past four years, he penned songs with the likes of Dave Barnes, Matt Maher, Michael Farren, and Paul Mabury, in addition to touring over 700 dates throughout the U.S.. Be sure to keep your eyes on the horizon, as John Tibbs shows no intention of slowing down anytime soon.
