The Millers Biography
The rich heritage and unique sound of Gospel Music can often be traced back to the smooth harmonies possessed by musical families who have continually passed down this tradition from generation to generation. Such is the case with Randy Miller, Becky Miller, and Randy Simpson. Each of them learned family harmony very early in life, singing in churches and traveling with their respective families. This family and friends share a rich musical heritage, and it’s most obvious that this heritage goes on and is alive and well still today, and, fortunately for Gospel Music lovers, continues with The Millers.
The Millers are a nationally-known southern gospel group based in Winchester, VA. The Millers travel throughout the United States and Canada, performing at various concert venues and churches. Its members have also performed at Dollywood, the National Quartet Convention, the Ark Encounter, and Silver Dollar City. They have shared the stage with some of the nation’s most well-known gospel artists, including many from the Gaither Homecoming videos, such as, the Nelons, Martins, Whisnants, Isaacs, Ann Downing and others. They have also been in concert with the Anchormen, Perrys, Inspirations, Dixie Melody Boys, Gold City, and many more. The Millers’ songs are played on gospel radio stations across America and have charted in various publications that track radio airplay.
This group is excited to share what God has accomplished in their lives, both individually and collectively. Their desire is to communicate the Gospel in a way that the love of Christ would shine through them and emphasize that all are eligible to receive the free gift of salvation. They share that there is hope, grace, mercy, and forgiveness when casting our cares and burdens upon the Lord and trusting Him as Lord and Savior.
The Millers also have a strong calling to minister to the Church as they seek to provide encouragement and hope for Christians. Each member has been through their share of struggles and trials in life, but quickly acknowledge the faithfulness of God through those difficulties. The Millers are thankful for the many opportunities afforded them to minister and plan to continue walking through the open doors to fulfill the calling placed on their lives.
