Lindsey was awarded the Westbury Family Fringe Theatre Award to support the production of ren & the wake, an original semi-immersive musical that she created with Catch the Keys Productions, which was based on the untold true stories of badass women in Canada. With Lindsey’s solo musical project, she won an Edmonton Music Award for Indie Rock Recording of the Year (2018), has been shortlisted for the Edmonton Music Prize (2019), nominated for Female Artist of the Year at the Edmonton Music Awards (2018), was voted Best of Edmonton Solo Artist by Vue Weekly (2017), and earned distinction as a finalist in the Canadian Songwriting Competition (2018). Lindsey’s 2017 full-length release, ‘this desolate bliss.’ stayed on the Earshot Canadian College/Community Radio charts for 10 weeks, with the album ascending into the top-30 on multiple stations, including CJSF (Burnaby), CJRU (Toronto), CHRW (London), CFMU (Hamilton), CHSR (Fredericton), and reaching #1 on CJSR (Edmonton).
Most recently, Lindsey composed the musical score for the true crime podcast “Natural Life”, and has started to dip her creative toes into composing for theatre productions by creating the sound design for Re:Construct (Donkey Dog Theatre) and Shock Me Electra (Theatre Network Young Company).
