AREA 142 presents… THE RESOLVERS! Are defined as "Big Band Reggae" by combining classic Jamaican roots and lively New Orleans stylings. Siblings Ojay and Sahara Smith (son and daughter of international reggae artist Ernie Smith) exchange lead vocal roles with Israeli born bandleader and guitarist Ron Eisner while their rock solid rhythm and bombastic horn sections set the pace. Their show has been described as "explosive" and "must see," and the band has gained the reputation as a premier live reggae act. The Resolvers have shared the stage with The Wailers, Julian Marley, Stephen Marley, Damian Marley, Kymani Marley, Inner Circle, English Beat, Yellowman, Matisyahu, Lee 'Scratch' Perry and Mishka along with many other world renowned acts in major international festivals such as Marley Fest, Jamaican Jazz & Blues Fest, Sun Fest, Hulaween, AURA Music & Arts Fest, Dub Fest and more. With SPECIAL GUEST….COASTAL BREED! Coastal Breed is one of the rare original bands that have managed to keep its original band members for over 10 years in the business. They earned the "Band Of The Year" award from the Songwriters Showcase Of America in 2021 but maintain their reputation as the delinquents out of Brevard County because of their nontraditional- entrepreneurial approach into the music industry. Coastal Breed has played with national acts at well known venues like The House Of Blues Orlando, The Hard Rock Hotel, the Cocoa Village Riverfront Park and more. They continue to pursue their musical career despite life's trials and tribulations like working full time jobs and raising families. Coastal Breed has used its resources and connections in the business to open their own recording studio in Melbourne Florida and have helped local bands and businesses sound their best by recording and mastering their craft in a comfortable laid back environment. Coastal Breed has also helped the Central Florida music scene by mastering their guerrilla marketing strategies and promote not only themselves, but also local business in the entertainment industry.
