About this concert
C'est en 2004 que Marcella Puppini, Emma Smith et Kate Mullins, trois anciennes étudiantes du Trinity College of Music, ont fondé les Puppini Sisters.
Habillées dans un style glamour inspiré des années 40, les Puppini Sisters ont élaboré des versions décalées de classiques tels que « The Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy », « Panic » des Smith (« leur version relève du pur génie » - New Woman Magazine) ou « Wuthering Heights » de Kate Bush, déplaçant d'abord des foules d'admirateurs dans les clubs les plus cool, avant de leur assurer la signature d'un accord important avec Universal Classics & Jazz.
