Middlesex Bandstand Rain Information. This summer’s concert series will take place on five successive Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. starting on July 5th. If there is a chance of rain, the performance will happen in the gym of the Rumney School, which is adjacent to the Bandstand property. In this case, the decision will be made by early afternoon on the day of the concert and will be announced on the Middlesex Bandstand’s website, (middlesexbandstand.com) and Facebook page, and by signage at the Bandstand on Shady Rill in Middlesex.
