Artist bio
The Berns are a Canadian indie band who blend their appetite for guitar-driven melody with lyrical insight, creating what they call “real music for real Berns.” Their debut EP, On the Run, inspired by the sights and sounds of the world they live in, was recorded in various spaces across Eastern Canada and is fuelled by a love of vintage gear and experimentation. It is in the experimental side of their music that The Berns tip their hat to the sounds and ideas of the past without getting stuck there.
