One of the Best guitar player out there ..right up there with Kenny Wayne and Joe B..for sure...He is also a fantastic guy..got to talk to him and his wife and what great people.. I will go to see Eric whenever possible

The Eric Johanson show at the Arts Garage was outstanding. It was my first time seeing him. Great songs and the band played them to perfection. He was engaging with the audience and very professional. I would go to see him again.

New Orleans came to Northern Virginia! Eric Johanson and his band delivered a great show at Jammin’ Java August 3rd. The tight rhythm section left Eric to improvise and fly. Great original blues rock and pure blues ruled the first set through Eric’s Duesenberg guitars and his outstanding resonator guitar playing dominated the second set~~~~in particular Son House’s Death Letter. The band played two honest one-hour sets and Eric wowed the audience and won us over with his singing and guitar prowess. It was my first time hearing him live and I’m looking forward to the next. I’m a fan, thanks Eric!

Eric Johanson simply "brought it" as promised and unpacked it! He is a MUST see! We drove 5 hours one way to catch his show. Worth every mile!

I guitar wizard. Can play with the best and then some. Great songs and great riffs. A good friend. Do yourself a favor go see this great artist.

Eric Johanson is the best three piece band on the market right now. Not only is he a master songwriter and guitarist, his bass player and drummer are also at the top of their games. His performances are so tight, you'd think it's a recording of his cd's. Great show last night. He played for at least 2 and a half hours. His vocals are amazing, his guitars are amazing and his shows are the best. Five stars for sure.

Interesting venue at the golf course, but great evening and fantastic experience. Eric Johanson is a first rate talent and the band sounded awesome, even outdoors. I thank the Marysville folks for booking him and making it open to the public.

The Spirits Food & Friends patio is a great place to enjoy a concert. Eric Johanson is an absolutely awesome guitarist! The soul of an old blues man inhabits this performer. He can write songs that sound like they are classic blues, without sounding derivative. A down to earth person off-stage, who will take the time to talk with you and sign an autograph.

If you have a chance, you should see Eric Johanson!! I have seen Eric twice, and he doesn't disappoint!! I spent some time talking with Eric after the show at the merchandise table. Eric was a great guy

How do more people not know about and follow this guy? He is magic with the guitar, rivaling the best blues rock guitarists of all time. His band is tight , technical, and practically flawless. His songs are original and he sings them with an excellent voice. And his show at The Continental was intimate and friendly, leaving all of us smiling. To top it off, he hangs at the merch table and spends all the time needed to sign stuff and talk to fans.

First experience at Knuckleheads. Great venue for a more intimate experience with the band. Eric Johanson and his band were great and it was a fun time. He's an amazing talent!

This was an awesome smaller music venue. I've been listening to Eric Johanson for a while now and he has an awesome selection of both rocking out and acoustic blues music. All I can say is that this guy and his band does not disappoint in a live show. Absolutely one of the greatest guitarists I've had the pleasure of seeing play live. If you've not listened to this guy, check him out and you'll catch yourself at one of his shows the first chance you get! Thanks guys for a rocking concert!

Phenomenal, as always! You don’t just enjoy hearing Eric Johanson’s powerful, soulful music, you FEEL it. The amazing thing about it, the music seems to come so naturally. It’s as though EJ doesn’t so much ‘play’ the music as he ‘becomes’ the music. This is the advantage to seeing him perform, live. The experience is three-fold over streaming or playing an album. Go SEE Eric Johanson perform, and you’ll be instantly moved…and hooked!

Eric Johanson shined, as always. His performance was the reason I attended this show. Samantha Fish is amazing, too, but I primarily attended for the opening EJ show. He never disappoints and even makes himself available to the attendees for conversation, photos and autographs, afterwords

Outstanding! Great intimate show. Eric and his band played with the same intensity and love of music as if in front of thousands. I’d go watch Eric anytime.

Johanson is the finest modern blues rock player in America. My opinion. His writing is soulful and the power of his live show is undeniable. If you have the means to catch his show, DO IT!

This venue was a pleasant surprise and the acoustics were incredible. It was such a great show!! Eric Johanson is such a phenomenal musician. I was blown away by his guitar playing and his band is incredible. Samantha Fish and Jessie Dayton never disappoint.

This was the best concert I have ever seen. This dude is amazing. And his bass player and drummer are also amazing. They played for 2 hours non-stop. I purchased his new CD, called "The Deep and the Dirty", and it is crazy good. This guy has the skills of Stevie Ray Vaughn, Joe Bonamassa, and several other blues guitarists, and sings like a bird. I'm floored by the show Eric Johanson puts on.

A true electric guitar virtuoso. I've lived in New Orleans for several years and this is New Orleans blues-rock extraordinaire. Had to buy his LIve at DBA CD and sure glad I did, but you need to see this man live when you get a chance!
