Dystoria

Two Portland, Oregon teenagers, Chase Kochis and Miles Reed, make up Dystoria. They started creating music together in the summer of 2022 when they were 16 years old and instantly decided they would be a band. Their first song, Inda, was written during their first jam, and it is now a staple of Dystoria's atmospheric rock sound and raw energy. Throughout their highschool junior year they continued writing songs after Inda, eventually leading to enough tracks to start recording their debut album, Lace. Dystoria finished and released the album in March of 2024, and it has quickly gained outstanding feedback. Dystoria's unique layers of guitars, synths, and harmonies create a very mature sound, few would guess this band is just two teenagers. Since the release of their album, Dystoria has been constantly writing more music and growing their fan base with local shows around Portland. Venues ranging from DIY basements to bars to most notably, Polaris Hall, and even playing their first out of state show at the iconic Whisky a Go Go in LA . There is a lot more to come for Dystoria and they are constantly working hard to reach their next goals.
