With a nod to the punk scene that raised him, Candy Chic takes a high energy approach to music, often blending the reverb and laid back style of surf rock with a psychedelic infusion of new wave synths and guitars dripping with chorus. But don't be fooled, there are moments of dreampop sensitivities to unwind, reflect and drift into bliss. So where did this all come from?

Candy Chic is the musical exploration of multi-instrumentalist, Luke Slouka. Throughout his life music has been a close friend, a storyteller, a way to navigate the valleys, peaks and in between's of life. It is with this sentiment, that music is a companion, in which Candy Chic creates and lives.
