Australian rock powerhouse Dallas Frasca returns from British Columbia with the most ambitious project of her career, announcing a run of performances spanning Canada, Australia and New Caledonia ahead of a brand-new album due for release in 2027. Following the success of her independently released album Force of Nature, which debuted at #2 on the ARIA Albums Chart, Frasca has continued to build one of Australia's most respected independent careers. Her songwriting has earned recognition through the APRA Music Awards, the Australian Women in Music Awards and the International Songwriting Competition, while her explosive live performances have seen her share stages with rock legends including ZZ Top & Patti Smith. Seeking to push herself creatively, Frasca travelled to Vancouver with a singular ambition: to make the strongest record of her career. The album took shape across some of British Columbia's most iconic recording spaces, including The Warehouse Studio – Bryan Adams' legendary Vancouver studio, Smooth Operator Studios, hidden beneath the city's iconic CBC studios, and Capsule Studios on Bowen Island, just a ferry ride from the mainland. Taking the reins as producer, Frasca worked alongside an extraordinary team of Canadian engineers and musicians, shaping the album around a singular creative vision while drawing on the collective experience of some of Canada's most celebrated musical collaborators. "Nobody can hear what's in your head the way you can," says Frasca. "I felt ready to trust my instincts and communicate what I was reaching for, while drawing on the incredible experience of the people around me. Producing this record wasn't about doing it alone, it was about bringing together the right people and staying uncompromising with the artistic vision." Frasca leaves British Columbia with more than a new album in the making. She leaves with lifelong creative collaborators, a catalogue of songs forged on Canada's west coast, and a tour connecting three countries before the record has even been released. Beginning in Canada before crossing Australia and setting sail for New Caledonia and a trip to the top end, Arnhem Land, the tour will give audiences their first glimpse of the next chapter, pairing brand-new material with the powerhouse performances that have become Frasca's trademark. These will be Frasca’s final shows of 2026, closing a year that has taken her from recording studios in Vancouver to stages across Australia, from Arnhem Land to the eastern seaboard. Her self-produced new album arrives in 2027. Before that next chapter begins, come and be part of the final run

“Janis Joplin on steroids… the most powerful female voice in Australian rock” – RockPit

“Dallas’ music has barbs so rich that she turns her roots/rock background into a dangerous new sound, all her own.” – Mojo

With a career spanning over a decade, Dallas Frasca stands as a true force of her generation — a charismatic presence on stage, a fierce guitar slinger, and a commanding voice behind the mic. Hailing from North East Victoria, Frasca is now forging a bold new chapter in her illustrious career, breaking away from her renowned rock band to launch her latest solo venture.

Her 2024 #2 ARIA-charting album, Force of Nature, showcases her mastery of both electric and acoustic guitars, dynamic live looping, and powerhouse vocals that match the intensity of her electrifying instrumentation.

Having toured the world with over 1,200 live performances — including 10 international tours — Frasca has not only charted a #2 ARIA album independently but also garnered numerous accolades, including ‘Artist of the Year’ at the Independent Music Awards. She even fronted legendary Aussie rock band Midnight Oil in support of Amnesty International, and was recently invited by ZZ Top to join them on their Australian/ New Zealand Arena Tour.

In 2025, she was a finalist for the most Outstanding Songwriter Award at the Australian Women In Music Awards, alongside Missy Higgins and Donna & Vikki from The Waifs, named a semi-finalist in the International Songwriting Competition, and her song “Stand On My Shoulders” and a finalist for ‘Most Performed Blues & Roots Work’ at the APRA AMCOS Music Awards.

Frasca’s festival résumé is equally impressive, with appearances at Bluesfest, Falls Festival, Woodford, Queenscliff, and Big Day Out, among many others. From representing Australia at International Earth Day in Canada to performing for over 40,000 at the Le Mans 24-hour circuit race in France, she has graced many iconic stages around the globe — including the Sydney Opera House. Most notably, she displayed her signature guitar prowess to an estimated 1.5 billion viewers during the closing ceremony of the Commonwealth Games on the Gold Coast, Australia.

With releases like Force of Nature (2024), Dirt Buzz (2016), Love Army (2015), Sound Painter (2012), and Not For Love or Money (2009), Frasca has shared the stage with icons such as Patti Smith, Aerosmith, and Earth, Wind & Fire. Endorsed by Guns N’ Roses’ own Slash, who praised her “great vocals, riffs, and grooves,” Frasca has amassed a devoted following both locally and internationally.

Her viral single “You Are Beautiful” earned over a quarter-million views on YouTube and was featured in the acclaimed film Embrace, while her track “All My Love” secured third place among 16,000 entries in the International Songwriting Competition.

Further solidifying her global reach, Frasca signed with French label, Verycords (Deep Purple, Björk), and her anthem “Success is the Best Revenge” became the theme song for the global hit TV show Bondi Ink. A collaboration with Californian ’90s legends Ugly Kid Joe on their album Uglier Than They Used to Be also landed at #10 on the BBC charts in the UK.
