Artist bio
Sharing a love of 90’s post-hardcore and 70’s classic rock, Austin based Zeus Apollo combine melodic and straightforward riff heavy original songwriting complimented by pounding, yet intricate rhythms that are both aggressively anthemic and loud. Formed in 2021, when guitarist Aaron Franklin and drummer Jason Henderson joined forces with guitarist/vocalist Jud Thomas and bassist Mike Czysz, they find common ground in influences ranging from Drive Like Jehu to early ZZ Top. Their most recent releases include a 6 song vinyl EP and a split 7” with Austin trio The Gary on Act Your Age records.
