Infected Dead

More than the sum of their parts and rebirthed through perseverance, grit and cosmic horror, Kent’s Technical Death Metal juggernaut INFECTED DEAD marks their arrival into 2026 as a newly fine-tuned and reincarnated beast.

Originally formed in 2016, they quickly found their feet, hitting stages nationwide, performing at Bloodstock Festival and releasing their debut EP through Hostile Records before the end of 2017.

They re-emerged in 2024, with a razor sharp new line-up, featuring alumni from the likes of Pupil Slicer, Dawnwalker and Overthrow and entering the studio to record their most devastating and widely ambitious material to date, enlisting V.Santura (Triptykon, Dark Fortress and Obscura) for it's production.

Long time fans of the band and the tech death genre will no doubt see and hear a reverence to genre titans such as Obscura, Job For A Cowboy and The Zenith Passage, however, with two years of levelling stages across the land INFECTED DEAD’s excoriating approach to a tried and tested craft is entirely their own
