CON THE ARTIST

On the surface, it’s all catchy hooks, playful production, and bedroom-pop charm—but underneath, it drips with feeling.

CON THE ARTIST makes music that feels like a well-kept secret that quickly becomes everyone’s favourite discovery. Born and raised in South Africa, now emerging from Toronto’s creative corners, he’s built a career producing hip-hop records and composing for orchestras and film—always in service of someone else’s vision. But now, CON is stepping into the spotlight to tell his own story. His sound is always cinematic—but never predictable. With a Composer Brain and a Pop Heart, his music is distilled into beat-driven instincts and sharp, intimate storytelling.

Fresh off being named an iHeartRadio Future Star, he's building momentum with national Virgin Radio support for "Where's Your Girlfriend," alongside film and TV placements across Netflix, Apple TV, Disney+, HBO Canada, and more.
