Swiss-Italian singer-songwriter Veronica Fusaro has built a reputation as one of Switzerland’s most compelling new voices, known for her sharp lyricism, soulful energy, and a sound that blends indie-pop with rock, soul, and funk-driven grooves. Born and raised in Thun, she discovered music as her “superpower” early on — a space where vulnerability could transform into strength.
Veronicas first steps into the music scene came in 2016, when she won Demo of the Year at the m4music festival and was named SRF 3 Best Talent. Since then, she has steadily carved her own path, releasing three EPs and her debut album All the Colors of the Sky (2023), which entered the Swiss charts at #5 and earned her the Culture Prize of her hometown. In 2025, she was recognized internationally by the indie label association IMPALA as one of their “100 Artists to Watch”.
A magnetic live performer, Fusaro has played over 500 shows worldwide, from intimate clubs to major stages such as Glastonbury, Montreux Jazz Festival, and Gurtenfestival, and has supported legendary acts including Mark Knopfler at the Amphitheater in Nîmes. Her highly anticipated second album, Looking for Connection (October 24, 2025), is her most personal statement yet. It captures the contradictions of modern life — being constantly online yet often feeling alone — and turns them into songs that are as danceable as they are intimate. Singles like Gold Rush, Slot Machine, and Jealousy reflect the struggles of self-doubt, ambition, and comparison culture, while No Rain No Tears celebrates the beauty of human closeness, already earning international airplay and chart success in Switzerland (Top 50) and Germany (Top 200).
