Dan Patlansky is an award-winning South African blues-rock guitarist, singer-songwriter and modern blues powerhouse with 11 studio albums to his name and a global reputation for electrifying live performances. Celebrated for his emotive storytelling, soulful vocals and jaw-dropping guitar work, Dan has become one of the most respected voices in contemporary blues and roots music.

Voted #4 Best Guitarist in the world, he remains the only artist worldwide, alongside Joe Bonamassa, with two Blues Rock Review USA #1 and two #2 Best Blues Rock Albums in the chart’s history. His 2014 album Dear Silence Thieves and 2016’s Introvertigo both topped the global rankings, with later releases Perfection Kills (2018) and Shelter of Bones (2022) earning further top positions.
