Artist bio
Formed in 2010, BABYMETAL quickly gained popularity in Japan for their explosive live shows.
By 2013, they had become a force of their own—opening for Red Hot Chili Peppers, Korn, and
Lady Gaga, and bringing the ferocity of metal to a global audience. With over 15 years of history
and a diehard international following, BABYMETAL isn’t just a band—they’re a movement
redefining what heavy music looks and sounds like. Fronted by three dynamic women—SU-METAL, MOAMETAL, and MOMOMETAL—BABYMETAL has helped reshape the face of metal,
inspiring a new generation of women and girls who see themselves in this sound and on these
stages

What fans are saying
My first time at Graspop, 2nd time seeing Babymetal.
Absolutely loved the experience, there were parts I'd like to have seen improved at the venue, specifically for the disabled seating, but it did not take away from my enjoyment at Babymetal's set!
I felt like the set was a little underwhelming compared to what I had hoped for, and I think it was in part due to it being very light outside still and so the pyrotechnics & lighting didn't come through as great as it would've if it had been darker. And the set was shorter than I had wanted it to be.
I enjoyed it so much that it felt like it was over before it started T-T
They definitely deserve a longer set next time!! These girls know how to put on a show!
