Faster Pussycat

Faster Pussycat is a hard rock band formed in 1986 by Taime Downe. They released their self-titled debut album in 1987, as well as their follow up Wake Me When It's Over in 1989. Wake Me When It’s Over earned commercial success with the hit ballad House of Pain; which managed to go gold. They released their third album Whipped in 1992 before disbanding. Taime reassembled the band in 2001, and the record “The Power and the Glory Hole” was released in 2006. Most recent releases include singles “NOLA”, “Like a Ghost”, and “Pirate Love”- a Johnny Thunders and the Heartbreakers cover.
