Statement is a multidisciplinary artist and creator working across music, text, and live formats. His practice centers on atmosphere, presence, and direct experience — often blurring the line between performance, club culture, and contemporary art.

Driven by a DIY ethos, Gatsfield develops projects independently, overseeing everything from concept and production to distribution and audience engagement. His work prioritizes authenticity and immediacy, creating spaces where sound, movement, and people interact organically rather than following fixed structures.

Through music releases, live events, and written work, he explores themes of identity, tension, and freedom, with a focus on the physical and emotional impact of sound and rhythm. Each project is treated as a standalone work, shaped by context, space, and moment.

Navid Gatsfield is based in Sweden and continues to develop long-term artistic projects that exist outside traditional commercial frameworks.
