Christa Joy Music Biography
Christa Joy is the band leader of Western Mass band Christa Joy & the Honeybees. The group serves up twangy Americana with songs ranging from classic honky-tonk to gospel-tinged country ballads. Joy's fourth album, self-titled with the band "Christa Joy and the Honeybees," was released to a sold-out CitySpace in Easthampton August 2024.
Members: Christa Joy, Lisa Marie Ellingsen (lead guitar), Jason Smith (drums), Tom LeBeau (bass) and Timothy Bowles (pedal steel).
