Known for turning up dance floors, the four-piece – Coq Dior, Guttersnake, Saloon Dion, and Sheriff Cockeye – fuse rock, hard techno, pop, and hip-hop into a live experience that’s part rave, part theatre, and all sweat.Fresh off performing at Dark Mofo and Mona Museum, Confetti Western have been making noise nationally with their singles “Cuck Chair” (featured as The Wild One on Rage) and “Daisies on Fire”. Their latest release, “ANGR,” is their hardest track to date – a techno-punk assault that channels The Prodigy’s raw energy, matched with a visually wild film clip directed by Ballarat’s own Max Deutscher. Confetti Western are a rave-ready electronic group
from Ballarat/Melbourne, blending hard-edged techno,
high-energy house, and punked-up performance art
into a live show that feels part warehouse party, part
fever dream. Since forming in 2021, the band has
evolved from kooky cowboy dance acts to full-blown
rave chaos—think The Prodigy meets Joost Klein, with
a hint of Mainline Magic Orchestra and Partyboi69
thrown in for good measure.
Their breakout track Go Go Stop earned a feature on
RAGE, helping solidify their reputation for
unpredictable, genre-smashing bangers. Fresh off a
wild performance at Dark Mofo in Tasmania—with a
return tour already in motion—the band recently
shared the stage with Rogue Traders and is now
gearing up to drop their debut album in late 2025.
Known for sweat-drenched sets, strobe-heavy chaos,
