Together Breakfast Biography
Together Breakfast is a Nashville-based instrumental band.
A curious trio of musical styles, Together Breakfast's shimmering, complex melodic riffs (Margot Biever, guitar) aggressive yet laid back grooves (Ian Strobino, drums) and Motown by way of Midwest emo-inspired low end (Zach Goforth, bass) coalesce into a fresh sound in the math rock community.
All transplants to Music City, the band members have already made names for themselves across the city’s diverse genre landscape. Strobino is a staple in Nashville’s burgeoning neo soul and pop scene (The Broomestix, Cosmic Collective). Goforth is the driving rhythm behind the soul-rock outfit Maddie In Good Company, as well as up and coming country artist Tori Martin. Biever has been a go-to lead guitarist for the singer-songwriter and queer music scene (Autumn Nicholas, Madeline Finn, Mya Byrne) and recently opened for Jason Isbell & the 400 Unit with Autumn Nicholas at the Ryman auditorium.
Their debut EP, set to release Feb 5, 2025, was produced by Catherine Vericolli, engineered and mixed by Grammy winner Mitch Dane (Jars of Clay, JJ Heller), and mastered by Grammy nominee Piper Payne (Janis Ian, Dolly Parton, Third Eye Blind).
