TrevarriTrevarri Huff-Boone is a saxophonist, composer, arranger, and educator based in New Orleans (originally from Shreveport, Louisiana), who holds a bachelors degree from Loyola University and a masters from the University of New Orleans. He has performed alongside jazz greats such as Chico Hamilton, Donald Harrison, Dee Dee Bridgewater, Robert Glasper, Tom Browne, Stephanie Jordan, Evan Christopher, Victor Goines, Delfeayo Marsalis, Ellis Marsalis, and Rufus Reid. He is a member of the Dirty Dozen Brass Band, plays regularly with the New Orleans Jazz Orchestra, the Uptown Jazz Orchestra, and leads his own projects which blend modern jazz, composition, and cross-genre experimentation.Shows at 7:30pm & 9:30pmDoors 7:00pm & 9:00pm Restaurant is Open 5pm - 10pm for dinner before or after your showtime:Advance Ticket Holders can now automatically make dinner table reservations for the Dining Room online via OpenTable.com !Advance Ticket-Holders can also make table reservations for dinner by Emailingreservations@snugjazz.com after your tickets have been purchased online. Trevarri Biography

Trevarri is an exceptional saxophonist, multi-instrumentalist, composer, and arranger. His new project "The Modernist" is characterized by futuristic and soulful sounds, featuring heavy use of synthesizers and effects. This new project marks Trevarri's venture into a science-fiction inspired aesthetic, infused with a cyber-punk edge.

Born in Shreveport, LA, Trevarri was introduced to music at an early age through his mother and grandmother. At the age of five, while watching BET Jazz, he witnessed a video of John Coltrane and Miles Davis, sparking his lifelong passion for the saxophone. Trevarri continued his musical journey in New Orleans, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in music from Loyola University and a Master's degree from UNO.

In 2017, he released his debut single, "Street Corner Trouble," on various streaming platforms. The single received positive acclaim, securing a place on the Jazz playlist "State of Jazz" and accumulating over 95,000 streams. Trevarri has since recorded and self-produced three albums, all featuring original compositions and lyrics. In 2021, he joined the esteemed Grammy award-winning group, The Dirty Dozen Brass Band, further expanding his musical horizons.

With his own projects and as a member of various groups, Trevarri has showcased his talents at renowned venues and festivals worldwide, including Lincoln Center, Vienne Jazz Festival, New Orleans Jazz Festival, African Descendant Day in Limón, Sons D'Hiver Festival, Kaslo Jazz Festival, and more.

Additionally, Trevarri is a sought-after session musician in New Orleans, having contributed to the music for various films and projects such as Tyler Perry's "A Jazzman's Blues" with Terrance Blanchard, "Ma Rainey's Black Bottom" with Branford Marsalis, and most recently, the music for the upcoming "Tiana's Bayou Adventure" ride at Disney, featuring PJ Morton.
